Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on our menu are in USD and exclude applicable state and local sales taxes or delivery fees unless explicitly stated.
Payment Processing: Orders must be paid via authorized digital payment methods (Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because our pizzas enter preparation immediately after submission, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun by kitchen staff.
Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery and pickup preparation estimates are provided for convenience only and may vary due to weather, traffic, or peak kitchen hours.
Delivery Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate delivery addresses and contact phone numbers. Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to invalid information.
Pickup Requirements: For customer pickup, please present your digital order confirmation or order ID upon arrival at the counter.
Cross-Contamination Notice: While we offer Gluten-Free and Vegetarian crust/topping options, our kitchen operates open wood-fired ovens handling wheat flour, dairy, meats, and nuts.
We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environment due to airborne flour particles. Customers with severe food allergies must exercise personal discretion.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in fraudulent orders, bot traffic generation, reverse engineering of digital table ordering tools, or harassment of restaurant staff.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crust Pizza Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our digital services or consumption of items.
In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
